Global Loyalty Lead – Consumer
The Position
The Global Loyalty Lead is responsible for the global vision, direction, development and success of the consumer loyalty program. The global position will oversee the strategy, launch and management of the program including marketing, consumer insights, country-specific benefit identification, training, deployment, customer support, operations, and KPI performance to enhance consumer perceptions of the Brand.
Position Responsibilities and Expectations
The Global Loyalty Lead will oversee the Loyalty Program team including assignment and management of activities; work closely with Digital teams and collaborate across Strategy, Product Management, Partner Enablement, Digital Marketing and will include:

- Design of the program, value proposition and benefits
- Oversight of program operations and communications
- Innovation of digital products associated with the program
- Pilot planning and execution
- Marketing and media planning
- Management of financials and P&L
- Program analytics
- Preparation for Board Meetings and other presentations
Required Skills and Experience
- BA/BS required, MBA viewed favorably
- 15+ years’ experience with a focus on loyalty marketing
- Extensive and measurable loyalty program expertise in development,
oversight and management - Historic expertise in launching large global marketing initiatives
- Working knowledge of technology platforms and software that support a successful loyalty program
- Excellent leadership and team management experience to manage and develop
2-4 direct reports - Project Management
